The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is a passenger-side oil separator designed to keep excess oil out of your intake system. It utilizes a multi-stage filter system to collect fine vapors and drop them into an easily removable tank, allowing clean air to pass through to the intake. This solid billet construction features OEM style quick connect PCV fittings and has a 3oz capacity.

The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 is engineered to prevent excess oil and crankcase vapors from entering your engine's intake system, which can dilute fuel and reduce octane levels. This is particularly beneficial for forced induction engines where crankcase pressure is increased. The separator employs a multi-stage filtering system with a fine mesh stainless steel filter to trap oil vapors. Once the oil becomes heavy enough, it falls into the 3oz capacity tank for easy draining. The unit is constructed from solid billet aluminum for durability and features an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. This particular model, the 3014P-B, is designed for the passenger side and is compatible with 2011-2017 Ford Mustang models equipped with the 3.7L V6 engine. Installation is straightforward and can typically be completed in under 15 minutes, often utilizing OEM hoses and requiring no cutting or tuning. The unit features OEM style quick connect PCV fittings and is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Important considerations include that this product is NOT CARB Exempt and is not for legal sale or use in California or other states adopting California emission standards that require a CA Executive Order (EO) number. Orders with a California ship-to address will be cancelled. Additionally, this separator is not compatible with extensions.
