The J&L Oil Separator Co. 3.0 is a passenger side oil separator engineered to maintain a clean engine for improved performance and reduced emissions in your F-150. This unit is particularly beneficial for turbocharged and supercharged engines, helping them operate smoothly. Constructed from solid billet aluminum, the oil separator is built for durability, with a knurled tank base for easy draining and an O-ring seal to prevent leaks. The separator employs a multi-stage filtration system, utilizing a fine mesh stainless steel screen and an aluminum honeycomb filter to progressively capture oil vapors before they enter the engine. The collected oil is held in a 3-ounce tank, which provides ample capacity for extended service intervals. Installation is straightforward, requiring only common hand tools and no modifications to your truck. This specific J&L Oil Separator 3.0, with its black anodized finish, is designed to fit 2021-2026 Ford F-150 models equipped with the 3.5L PowerBoost engine.
