3.0 TFSI Downpipe

The Redstar Exhaust downpipe is engineered for the 2017+ Audi B9 S4 and S5 3.0 TFSI models with the EA839 single-turbo engine. It is crafted from premium 2mm wall 304 stainless steel, with 100% TIG welded and back-purged construction for maximum longevity and performance. This component offers a 100% bolt-on installation, utilizing OEM-spec flanges and brackets for a direct fit. It also contributes to increasing turbo longevity and reducing underhood temperatures, while adding a desirable tone to the exhaust note. Redstar emphasizes its direct-manufacturer, 100% handmade production, free from cost-cutting measures like mild steel flanges or weak joints, prioritizing a free-flow design with smooth transitions and optimized diameters. Available options include HJS Ultra High-Performance catalytic converters (Euro 5 or Euro 6 200cpsi) and GESI GEN2 400cpsi EPA-compliant catalytic converters. Optional OE-style heat shielding with a ceramic inner liner is also available to reduce radiant heat. While HJS catted downpipes are claimed to be CEL-FREE, the manufacturer cannot guarantee error-free operation for all worldwide ECUs. Tunable O2 spacers are offered as a temporary solution for error codes, though an ECU tune is recommended. This product is strictly for OFF ROAD/MOTORSPORT USE ONLY.
