The 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger 190mm Crank Pulley Upgrade is engineered to enhance the performance of B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 and C7 Audi A6/A7 models by increasing supercharger rotational speed and boost output. This pulley is constructed from a single piece of 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished with a durable black anodization for corrosion resistance. This upgrade offers a significant weight reduction, being 62% lighter than the factory original pulley. This reduction in rotational mass minimizes parasitic loss, allowing the engine to perform more efficiently. Unlike pulley overlays, this is a complete one-piece inner and outer pulley design, preventing the addition of unnecessary weight. Performance software is a mandatory separate purchase and is required for the safe operation of this pulley and to realize its performance benefits. The pulley can be used as a standalone upgrade with a Stage 2 tune or in conjunction with the 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade for a Stage 2+ tune, which also recommends specific Dynamic+ performance software. Additionally, it is recommended to replace the Front Main Seal during installation, as it is located behind the crank pulley and is easily accessible during this procedure.
