The Milltek Sport Large-Bore Downpipe is engineered to significantly enhance both the performance and auditory experience of your Audi B9 RS4 or RS5. Fabricated with a larger diameter than the factory components, this downpipe provides increased space for exhaust gases to exit, thereby improving engine efficiency and power output. Used in conjunction with a catalyst bypass pipe, it offers substantial power gains by eliminating catalytic converter restrictions. Constructed from aerospace-grade type 304, non-magnetic stainless steel, this downpipe is built for durability and resistance to discoloration, ensuring a long lifespan. The use of mandrel-bent pipework guarantees consistent radius bends for optimized gas flow, while the enlarged bore diameters contribute to ultimate performance without sacrificing mid-range torque. Milltek Sport’s commitment to acoustic development ensures a sporty and crisp exhaust note, free from NVH, drone, or cabin resonance. This product is specifically a decat and OPF/GPF bypass unit. It requires a Stage 2 ECU remap to function correctly and achieve its performance benefits. Please note that the use of de-cat components is intended for off-road or motorsport use only, as they will inhibit the vehicle from passing a MOT test. Only EC type-approved components are legal for road use.
