3.0L V6 Biturbo Performance Intercooler Kit

The Wagner Tuning performance intercooler kit is engineered to replace the stock watercooled intercooler on Mercedes 43 AMG models featuring the 3.0L V6 biturbo engine (M 276 DE 30 AL). This upgrade utilizes a new performance core with external dimensions of 222 mm x 297 mm x 95 mm, offering a substantial 133% increase in external core volume over the OEM intercooler. Its design balances maximum heat transfer with optimal internal airflow, ensuring excellent cooling properties and minimal back pressure, making it ideal for demanding use, including racing. The intercooler features aluminum cast endtanks optimized through CAD and CFD simulations. This contributes to a significant increase in engine performance and efficiency. The entire unit is treated with a heat-conductive anti-corrosion coating for durability. This kit includes a Ø75mm (2.25 Inch) boost pipe and has optional integrated WMI ports (2pcs 1/8NPT) in the upper endtank for water-methanol injection systems. The kit is 100% pressure resistant and aims to reduce fuel consumption while increasing engine power and torque.
