The Integrated Engineering IEINSG1 cold air intake system is engineered to enhance airflow for Audi 8R SQ5 and Q5 vehicles equipped with the 3.0T supercharged engine. This intake system is not a simple "filter on a stick"; it utilizes professional racing design principles and computational fluid dynamics software to create a true motorsport-inspired component. Its ram air design, coupled with a high-flow velocity stack and a massive 5-inch filter inlet, is optimized to deliver maximum cold air to the supercharger. The velocity stack technology, adapted from professional motorsports, efficiently channels air and serves as a solid mount for the air filter, preventing rattling or rubbing against heat shields. It is compatible with Audi 8R SQ5 models from 2014-2017 and Audi 8R Q5 models from 2009-2017, both with the 3.0T supercharged engine.
