3.0T Dual Pulley Power Kit

The Integrated Engineering 3.0T Dual Pulley Power Kit is a comprehensive upgrade designed to significantly boost the performance of Audi 3.0T DSG-equipped vehicles. This kit includes a 207mm crank pulley that provides a 3.2753 supercharger ratio, comparable to traditional dual pulley setups, simplifying installation by eliminating the need to swap supercharger pulleys. Included in the kit are an IE POWERlink OBD tool for at-home flashing and feature toggling, an ECU tune optimized for performance, and a DSG transmission tune. The DSG tune enhances sportiness and drivability with more aggressive launches and faster shifts, expanding the usable powerband for dramatic improvements in acceleration and 0-60 times. The software supports various octane levels, including 91, 93, 100, 104, and E40 ethanol blends, and allows for easy octane switching and customization of launch control RPMs. Additional hardware is required for optimal performance and reliability, including a heat exchanger upgrade for Stage 2 Dual Pulley setups and an IE High-Pressure Fuel Pump (HPFP) upgrade for E40 ethanol use. Other recommended upgrades include an IE Cold Air Intake, throttle body upgrade (for S4/S5 only), and IE Downpipes. This kit is compatible with the Audi B8/B8.5 S4, S5, SQ5, and C7 A6, A7 models with the 3.0T engine and DSG transmission. However, it is not compatible with 2016-2018 A6 & A7 3.0T engines or some late model ROW (non-US) S4/S5 models equipped with the CREC engine and ECU. These CREC engines, identifiable by a 4-bolt supercharger pulley, require specific IE 3.0T CREC tunes.
