3.0T FSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade 57.70mm

The 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is designed to enhance the performance of B8/B8.5 Audi S4/S5/Q5/SQ5 and C7/C7.5 Audi A6/A7 models equipped with the 3.0T FSI engine. This pulley, with its 57.70mm diameter, is smaller than the stock component, which increases the drive ratio of the supercharger. This results in the supercharger spinning at a higher speed, leading to increased boost pressure and consequently, more horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband. Engineered to work with Stage 2 Performance Software, this upgrade ensures the Eaton TVS 1320 Supercharger operates within its maximum recommended speed, up to a 7,200 RPM redline. The kit includes the 034Motorsport Supercharger Pulley and a new Continental Replacement Belt, designed for increased strength, high heat resistance, and to support high speeds and rapid accelerations. It features a 7-rib, Micro-V design with aramid fiber reinforcing for durability and an anti-squeal design. It is crucial to note that this Supercharger Pulley Upgrade requires 034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI Performance Software, which is sold separately, to achieve a performance benefit.
