3.0T Rotomold Polymer Cold Air Intake System

The IE Performance IEINCK5 is a polymer air intake system engineered to enhance airflow and performance for Audi B9/B9.5 S4 and S5 models equipped with the 3.0T turbocharged engine. Its construction utilizes a rotomold polymer process, which maximizes internal volume and ensures superior heat resistance. Key features include an integrated, motorsport-designed velocity stack that promotes smooth airflow transition from the large 5" air filter to the turbo inlet, reducing turbulence and drag for higher inertia flow. The intake system is designed with high and low-pressure zones, drawing in cool air from the grille while also utilizing louvers in the filter plate for additional airflow to meet engine demands. This design maximizes turbo and engine efficiency and is capable of flowing 37% more than the factory airbox. Installation is straightforward, with an estimated time of 20-45 minutes using basic hand tools. The system employs factory-style mounts for a secure and hassle-free fit. This upgrade is sold separately from the intake system. Additionally, hybrid turbo adapter rings are available separately for those looking to upgrade to TTE or Pure Turbo hybrid setups.
