3.0T Supercharger Pulley 57.5mm

The Integrated Engineering (IE) Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is designed to extract more power from your Audi 3.0T TFSI engine's supercharger. These increased RPMs translate to higher boost levels and significant power gains, with the potential for up to 492HP on its own with a Stage 2 single pulley tune, or up to 548HP when paired with the IE 188mm crank pulley in a Stage 2 dual pulley configuration. It replaces the stock pulley on Eaton TVS 1320 superchargers. The design is the result of in-house engineering utilizing CAD modeling and FEA analysis. Installation requires specialized tools, including an IE pulley puller tool (IEBAVJ4), and professional installation is recommended. A Stage 2 single or dual pulley ECU tune is also required for proper operation and to realize the full performance benefits. If you are seeking maximum dual pulley performance, an IE 207mm crank pulley (IEBAVJ6) can be used as an alternative to this smaller SC pulley. This pulley is compatible with Audi B8/B8.5 S4, S5, SQ5, and Q5 models from various years, as well as C7 A6 and A7 models from 2011-2016. However, it is not compatible with 2016-2018 A6 & A7 3.0T engines, or some late model ROW (non-US) S4/S5 models equipped with the CREC engine, which uses a 4-bolt supercharger pulley design. Furthermore, using any puller tool other than the IE-specified tool will void the warranty and may damage the pulley.
