3.0T Supercharger Pulley 57.5mm Billet

The Integrated Engineering supercharger pulley is a direct replacement upgrade designed to unlock more power from Audi's 3.0T TFSI V6 engines, specifically those equipped with Eaton TVS 1320 superchargers. This pulley, machined from billet steel and finished with a zinc coating, reduces the supercharger pulley diameter to 57.5mm. This change increases supercharger RPM by approximately 10% in a single pulley configuration, leading to higher boost levels and improved performance throughout the powerband. For even greater power gains, this pulley can be combined with an Integrated Engineering 188mm or 207mm crank pulley for a Stage 2 dual pulley setup, achieving up to a 26% increase in supercharger RPM. To realize these power increases, an appropriate ECU tune (IE Stage 2 single or dual pulley ECU tune) is required. Installation of this press-fit pulley requires specialized tools, including the IE 3.0T supercharger pulley puller tool (IEBAVJ4), and professional installation is recommended. The factory pulley must be removed using the correct IE puller tool; using any other tool will void the warranty and can damage the pulley. The warranty is void if a non-IE puller tool is used. This pulley fits B8/B8.5 Audi S4 (2009-2016), S5 (2013-2015), S5 Convertible (2008-2015), SQ5 (2012-2017), Q5 (2008-2017), C7 A6 (2012-2016), and C7 A7 (2011-2016) models with the 3.0T engine. It is not compatible with 2016-2018 A6 & A7 3.0T engines or some late model ROW S4/S5 models equipped with the CREC engine, which features a 4-bolt supercharger pulley instead of a press-fit design.
