3.0T TFSI 57.5mm Supercharger Pulley

The Integrated Engineering 57.5mm Supercharger Pulley Upgrade is engineered to significantly increase the power output of Audi 3.0T TFSI engines found in B8/B8.5 S4, S5, Q5, SQ5, and C7 A6, A7 models. By reducing the pulley size, it increases supercharger RPM by 10% for single pulley applications, and by 26% when combined with an IE 188mm crank pulley, leading to higher boost levels and increased horsepower. This pulley is CNC machined from billet steel with a precision-honed inside bore and a zinc-plated finish to prevent rust. It replaces the stock pulley on Eaton TVS 1320 Superchargers. This upgrade is capable of achieving up to 492HP on its own with an IE stage 2 single pulley tune, or a massive 548HP when combined with the IE 188mm crank pulley for a stage 2 dual pulley setup. The pulley increases supercharger speed by up to 1800 RPM at redline. While installation can be done with patience, it requires specialized tools, including an IE pulley puller tool (sold separately), and professional installation is recommended due to the press-fit design and heating requirements. It is crucial to note that this pulley is not compatible with 2016-2018 A6 & A7 3.0T engines, or some late model ROW (non-US) S4/S5 models equipped with the CREC engine, which features a 4-bolt design. For these specific engines, a different 3.0T CREC 4-bolt supercharger pulley is required. Additionally, using a non-IE pulley puller tool (IEBAVJ4) will void the warranty and can damage the pulley. Required for installation and proper function are an IE stage 2 single or dual pulley ECU tune and the IE 3.0T supercharger pulley puller tool (IEBAVJ4). If you wish to achieve stage 2 dual pulley power without using this smaller press-on SC pulley, the IE 207mm crank pulley (IEBAVJ6) can be used instead.
