3:1 Long-Tube Headers

The Doug Thorley THY-465-L-C 3:1 Long-Tube Headers are engineered to significantly enhance the performance of your 1998-2004 Nissan Frontier, Pathfinder, or Xterra equipped with a 3.0L or 3.3L engine. These headers are 100% American-made and feature a robust construction with 14-gauge mild steel tubing, 3/8 inch thick flanges, and 5/16 inch collector rings for maximum durability. The dual-exit design and 1-1/2 inch primary tubes with a 1-3/4 inch collector are optimized to improve exhaust flow. Backed by over 40 years of experience, these headers are designed to outflow stock exhaust manifolds, delivering increased horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range. This translates to better performance for street driving, towing, and tackling steep grades. For enhanced longevity and a premium look, they are available with a nickel chrome plated finish or a high-temperature ceramic coating. To ensure a leak-free installation, an O-ring is welded into the flange, and high-temperature gaskets are provided. However, if your vehicle has aftermarket or custom altered parts, it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.
