The AJP Distributors exhaust header is a brand new, never used or installed, 2-piece 3-1 stainless steel shorty header manifold kit. Manufactured by OEM-approved suppliers using materials that meet or exceed OEM requirements, it is constructed from CNC-machined T-304 stainless steel piping with computerized TIG-welded flanges for enhanced strength and durability. The design features pre-welded hangers for a direct bolt-on installation, eliminating the need for modifications. This header has an inlet size of 1.5 inches (38.1mm) and an outlet size of 2.15 inches (54.61mm). This exhaust header is specifically designed for Ford Ranger 2001-2011, Ford Explorer 2002-2010, Ford Explorer Sport Trac 2002-2010, and Mercury Mountaineer 2002-2010 models equipped with the 4.0L V6 SOHC Cologne engine. It is crucial to ensure your vehicle has the 4.0L V6 SOHC Cologne engine, as it will not fit other engine types. No installation guides are provided with this product, and professional installation is highly recommended.
