The Metco Motorsports 3.10" upper pulley is a precision-machined supercharger pulley upgrade designed for Hellcat, Trackhawk, Durango, and TRX applications. It features a 3-piece design with an electroless nickel-plated steel pulley hub, an interchangeable pulley drive ring, and a stock-appearing front pulley cover. The pulley ring and cover are anodized in black, and all fasteners are stainless steel or zinc plated. All components are balanced for smooth operation and reliability.

The Metco Motorsports 3.10" Upper Pulley is a precision-machined supercharger upgrade designed to enhance performance for 2015 and newer Hellcat Challenger & Charger, Trackhawk, Demon, Redeye, Durango, and TRX models. This 3-piece pulley system utilizes a durable, electroless nickel-plated steel hub paired with an interchangeable pulley drive ring and a stock-appearing front pulley cover, both anodized black for a sleek finish. The interchangeable design allows for easy boost level adjustments by simply swapping the outer pulley drive ring. This specific pulley is rated for +1-2 PSI of boost gain, with actual results potentially varying. Professional installation is strongly recommended for this pulley, as it requires disassembly of the upper portion of the supercharger to remove the snout. Installation instructions are not provided. A PCM calibration revision is typically required to accommodate the increased airflow, though some installers have reported successful results with the 3.10" size without immediate PCM tuning. However, it is always advised to check the tune for proper air/fuel and timing calibrations to ensure maximum reliability and longevity. The Gates K100572HD belt is recommended for applications using pulley sizes 2.85", 2.75", or 2.65".
