The AFE Power BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler represents a significant upgrade for your diesel truck's cooling system. Utilizing a robust 3.15-inch bar and plate core design, this intercooler boasts 44% more surface area than the stock unit and provides an impressive 107% increase in airflow compared to traditional tube and fin designs. This enhanced airflow and heat dissipation capability are crucial for maintaining optimal engine temperatures under demanding conditions. These end tanks incorporate multi-directional vanes to efficiently direct airflow across the entire core, maximizing cooling potential. The intercooler is pressure rated at 200 psi, making it suitable for high-boost applications. Billet aluminum inlets and outlets provide superior strength and longevity, while the included oversized boost tubes ensure unrestricted air delivery.
