The Milltek Sport SSXVW740 is a V2 large-bore de-cat downpipe engineered for the Volkswagen Arteon 2.0TSI 280PS 4Motion (North American Non Valved / Downturn Tips) model years 2022-2027. It features mandrel-bent pipework with enlarged bore diameters to optimize gas flow for ultimate performance, while aiming to avoid the loss of mid-range torque. The pipe diameter is 3.15 inches (80mm). This de-cat system is designated as a race system and is not ECA approved, meaning it is intended for off-road or motorsport use exclusively. It must be fitted in conjunction with the vehicle's original equipment (OE) cat-back exhaust system. Utilizing this de-cat component will prevent the vehicle from passing a MOT test, as only EC type-approved components are legal for road use.
