The Planted Seat Bracket is a vehicle-specific adapter engineered to facilitate the installation of aftermarket seats in your Ford Mustang (2015-2024). This bracket is crucial for adapting your vehicle's floor to the mounting points of an aftermarket seat, compensating for the typically uneven contours of a car's interior floor pan. Each bracket is meticulously developed using the actual vehicle floor as a reference, ensuring a precise fit. Constructed from laser-cut 3/16-inch thick steel, these brackets are hand-welded to guarantee superior strength and weld penetration, then finished with a durable black powder coat. The design features pre-slotted hole patterns to accommodate sliders from a wide range of major seat manufacturers, including Braum, Bride, Cipher Auto, Cobra, Corbeau, Momo, NRG, OMP, Racetech, Recaro, Sabelt, Sparco, and Status Racing. For sliders with less common bolt patterns or for direct seat mounting without sliders, there is additional space for custom drilling. Planted offers two bolt pattern options: Standard, which includes the Recaro slider pattern but not Cobra & Scheel-Mann, and Alternate, which replaces the Recaro pattern with the Cobra & Scheel-Mann pattern. Specific notes apply to Bride, Cobra (Narrow and Wide), and Scheel-Mann sliders regarding potential modifications or the need for the Alternate Bolt Pattern option. Professional installation is recommended. It is important to note that replacing factory seats with aftermarket ones may trigger vehicle warning indicators due to the absence of sensors (airbag, weight, etc.) found in the original seats. Eliminating these indicators may require an electronic resistor, the selection and implementation of which is the end user's responsibility. Additionally, seat and vehicle dimensions can vary, making it the end user's responsibility to confirm fitment before ordering.
