This camshaft is suited for OEM turbo or upgraded turbochargers in the 48-54mm range, targeting approximately 400 horsepower. Kelford Cams recommends upgrading to their KVS109-3S valve springs with this camshaft.

The Kelford 3-195-TA camshaft is engineered for 3S-GTE engines, specifically designed to enhance performance with OEM or upgraded turbochargers ranging from 48-54mm, targeting up to 400 horsepower. This camshaft profile offers 262 degrees of duration on both intake and exhaust, with a valve lift of 10.50mm for the intake and 10.00mm for the exhaust. Despite its performance focus, it is still suitable for street-driven applications, aiming to maintain good drivability. This camshaft provides a significant increase in mid-range power output compared to stock cams on turbo applications and is noted to perform well with E85 fuel. For optimal performance and longevity, Kelford Cams strongly recommends pairing the 3-195-TA camshaft with their KVS109-3S valve spring upgrade kit. The specific clearance settings for the intake and exhaust valves at the cam are 0.25mm cold. Additional specifications for this camshaft include an advertised duration at 0.30mm of 224 degrees for both intake and exhaust. The duration at 1.00mm is 1.22mm for the intake and 0.78mm for the exhaust.
