The Tomei Expreme Ti is a full titanium muffler meticulously crafted for the Acura Integra Type S (DE5). Constructed entirely from high-purity titanium, this exhaust system significantly reduces weight, shedding approximately 7 kilograms compared to the stock system's 19.1 kg. The system boasts a 3.2-inch (80.5mm) main pipe diameter, increased from the factory 60mm, and features 4.5-inch dual silencers that provide a blend of beauty, aggression, and race-inspired styling. Engineered for performance enthusiasts, the Expreme Ti utilizes a straight-through design with 1.0mm-thin titanium construction and ADVANTEX glass wool to minimize exhaust resistance and produce a deep, sharp, and resonant exhaust note characteristic of turbocharged engines. A sound reducer is included for those preferring a quieter setup, allowing for sound levels of 91dB with the reducer, 98dB with another version, and 107dB without. This kit includes all necessary components for installation, such as bolts, nuts, springs, clamps, and bands. Bolt Smooth Paste is also provided to help prevent bolts from seizing under heat.
