The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-1541C-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically designed for the Chrysler 8.25-inch differential. This unit features a 3.21 gear ratio and a Posi Limited Slip Differential for enhanced traction. Each axle assembly is meticulously rebuilt to stringent quality standards. Zumbrota Drivetrain thoroughly inspects all internal components, including ring and pinions, clutches, and carriers, replacing all bearings and seals. The gears are examined for optimal tooth contact patterns and precise rolling torque, with backlash set to ensure proper lubrication and quiet operation. Axle tubes are checked for OEM straightness. Zumbrota employs a unique hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting process, followed by a proprietary shot-peening deep cleaning, to set a high standard in axle assembly remanufacturing.
