3"/3.5" Spring Pack Lift Kit

The Rusty's 3-inch XJ Suspension Kit is engineered to significantly enhance the off-road performance and stance of your Jeep Cherokee. This comprehensive kit includes front 3" coil springs and rear 3.5" leaf springs, designed to accommodate up to 31-inch tires. The front springs are available in two rates: a standard 150 lb/in for typical use, and a heavy-duty 180 lb/in option to support the added weight of accessories like bumpers, winches, or snow plows. The rear suspension features 5-leaf spring packs, providing a balance of a smooth ride and enhanced flex, while also offering substantial load capacity for camping gear, tools, or an oversized spare tire. The kit also includes grade 8 U-bolts for secure axle mounting and a rear brake line extension kit. When installing this kit, be aware that a small percentage of Cherokees may develop a slight driveline vibration. This can be addressed by adding a transfer case drop kit (Part# RC-TCD1-XJ), which is sold separately. The kit is compatible with Dana 35, Dana 44, Chrysler 8.25, Ford 8.8, and Ford 9 rear axles, depending on the selected U-bolt configuration.
