The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-110A is a remanufactured axle assembly specifically engineered for 2007-2008 Ford F-150 models equipped with the Ford 8.8 Inch ring gear and a 3.31 ratio. This unit is built without Posi Traction. Each Zumbrota axle assembly is rebuilt to exacting standards. The remanufacturing process includes inspection and straightening of all tubes to OEM specifications, along with thorough testing of housings for surface wear and cracks. Internally, all components, including the ring and pinion gears, clutches, and carrier, undergo a 100% inspection. Essential wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced to ensure optimal performance and durability. The housings are meticulously cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process, restoring them to their original OEM finish, and precise rolling torque is established through inch-pound measurements for enhanced setup and longevity.
