Description

The Burger Motorsports (BMS) High Performance Intercooler is engineered to deliver consistent, reliable power for the Kia Stinger and Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo models. This intercooler provides superior cooling efficiency, leading to increased power at the wheels and the ability to maintain that power over longer runs. Its significantly larger core design not only enhances cooling but also reduces pressure drop, thereby improving overall boost capacity. The unit is rated for applications up to 800whp and includes a pre-placed 1/8" NPT bung for easy integration of Water Methanol Injection (WMI) or Continuous Pressurized Injection (CPI) systems. Constructed with an oversized, high-flow design and larger end tanks, this intercooler directly replaces the factory unit with a bolt-on installation. The core dimensions measure 24"x11"x3.5". Power gains are variable depending on boost levels and specific conditions but average around 10whp. In situations prone to heat soak, such as back-to-back runs, the gains can be substantially higher due to the intercooler's ability to prevent heat soak. Australian customers should contact BMS for additional fitment details. Fitment is specified for the 2018-2023 KIA Stinger 3.3L Turbo and the 2018+ Genesis G70 3.3L Turbo. The product is a direct replacement for OE Kia Part No: 282703L210. Installation instructions are available via a provided guide.
