The Yoshimura 13141CP520 is a 3/4 exhaust system designed to enhance the performance and sound of the Yamaha YZF-R1/M/S models from 2015 to 2018. It incorporates Yoshimura's Alpha T design, featuring a tapered conical sleeve that produces a higher "GP" tone compared to its larger Alpha counterpart. This system is constructed from durable stainless steel and finished with Yoshimura's exclusive Works Finish, complemented by a carbon fiber end cap. Key features include a beautiful shape derived from its Tri-Oval design heritage, unrivaled fit and finish due to improved production tolerances, and optimized performance for maximum flow and improved ground clearance. The configuration includes a stainless steel mid-pipe and tail-pipe, resulting in a weight reduction of 10.3 lbs compared to the stock system. Installation is straightforward, requiring no modifications and including a fitting kit. It is crucial to note that this Yoshimura "RACE SERIES" product is designed and intended solely for closed-course competition use. It is neither designed nor intended for use on public roads or land, as such use is prohibited by Federal and State regulations. Buyers must agree to these Use Restriction Terms, acknowledging that the vehicle will never be used on public roads or land. Compatibility with OE and aftermarket accessories not originally equipped on the factory motorcycle may vary, and this product is designed and tested for vehicles in the U.S. marketplace only.
