3/4-Inch Intake Manifold Spacer Kit

The P2R Intake Manifold Spacer is a 3/4-inch thick component constructed from 6061 aluminum, engineered to enhance torque and optimize the horsepower curve by shifting it lower in the RPM range. This spacer is designed for Honda J30, J32, J35, and J37 V6 engines featuring single exhaust port heads and port injection. When paired with two P2R Thermal Intake Manifold gaskets (sold separately), the combined thickness reaches 1 inch, with each gasket adding 1/8 inch to the stack height. Installation is straightforward, with the spacer kit including all necessary bolts and washers, addressing past hardware sourcing difficulties. The design aims to be a plug-and-play solution, avoiding the clearance and fitment issues sometimes associated with other manifold spacer modifications. A reusable metal gasket is present in the stock manifold assembly; therefore, one additional gasket is needed for installation. The use of a P2R thermal gasket is recommended to minimize heat transfer from the engine to the intake manifold.
