The BDS Suspension 3 to 4-inch lift kit is engineered to significantly upgrade the 2021-2026 Ford Bronco 4 Door, enhancing its stance, performance, and off-road capability. This comprehensive kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires, allowing for larger wheel and tire combinations. Up front, the kit incorporates FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series remote reservoir coilovers, which offer advanced damping technology for superior on-road comfort and off-road performance. These bolt-on coilovers are built for durability and feature a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling, ensuring consistent performance even under strenuous use. The integrated DSC adjuster allows for precise tuning with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels. Complementing the coilovers are heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing. These UCAs feature an indexed uniball or ball joint to correct positioning, enabling increased down travel and camber adjustment. The arms utilize durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounts for maintenance-free operation and quality greaseable ball joints at the other end for smooth, quiet performance and durability. The arms are finished in a black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap. In the rear, the kit includes a set of FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks to provide a balanced and improved ride quality. The net lift height can vary based on the factory suspension configuration, ranging from 3 inches for Sasquatch-equipped models to 4 inches for Broncos with the base suspension. Installation is designed to be a 100% bolt-on process. The kit also includes the BDS Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty for added peace of mind. Recommended tire and wheel combinations for optimal fitment include 37x12.5 tires with 17, 18, or 20-inch wheels, all requiring a 5.5-inch backspace, though some trimming may be required.
