The Zumbrota Drivetrain Reman Axle Assembly is a rebuilt axle assembly for GM vehicles. It features a 3.42 gear ratio and a GM 7.5-inch ring gear with a 10-bolt cover. This assembly is designed without posi-traction and uses 26-spline axles.

Zumbrota Drivetrain establishes correct rolling torque for precision setup and longevity. All housings are cleaned to an OEM finish using hydro blasting. The assembly includes 100% replacement of bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims, with 100% inspection of all internal components.

It features a 3.42 gear ratio, a GM 7.5-inch ring gear, and a 10-bolt cover, utilizing 26-spline axles. This specific model is configured without posi-traction and does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. Each axle assembly is rebuilt to the highest quality standards. Zumbrota Drivetrain ensures correct rolling torque is established through precise inch-pound measurements for optimal setup and extended longevity. The housings undergo a state-of-the-art hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to an OEM finish. This remanufactured assembly includes the 100% replacement of critical wear components such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Furthermore, every internal part, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergoes a 100% inspection. All housings are meticulously tested for surface wear and cracks, and tubes are inspected to ensure they are straightened to OEM specifications, providing a reliable and durable drivetrain component.
