The Yukon high performance ring & pinion gear set, model YG GMVC5-342, offers a 3.42 ratio for enhanced performance in GM C5 and C6 Corvettes. This set is engineered for use with Getrag transmissions featuring a 27 spline pinion and main shaft, and requires a 3.15 or larger carrier. This gear set is specifically designed for C5 and C6 Corvettes. However, it does not fit the 2005+ C6 Z06, ZR1, or Grand Sport models that are equipped with a 30 spline pinion and main shaft. Ensure your vehicle's specifications match these requirements for proper fitment. Crafted by Yukon Gear and Axle, this component is a direct replacement aimed at improving the vehicle's drivetrain capabilities.
