The main pipe boasts a 3.45-inch (80mm) diameter with a 1.0mm thickness, carefully selected to balance weight, strength, and optimal torque and power delivery across the entire rev range. Compared to the stock system, the Tomei EXPREME Ti offers a significant weight reduction of 24.6 lbs (11.15 kg), with the main system weighing only 10.7 lbs (4.85 kg) versus the OEM stainless steel system's 35.3 lbs (16.00 kg). The silencer features a 5.95-inch (152mm) diameter and 1.0mm thickness, with a 4.53-inch (115mm) tip diameter. This design contributes to a distinctive dry race exhaust sound characteristic of titanium materials. The kit includes a comprehensive set of parts for a complete installation, such as Main Pipe A & B, Silencer Assembly, gaskets, washers, nuts, A/F BOSS PLUG, copper washer, clamp bands, springs, and more. Specific notes indicate that this model excludes North American models and EVO IX Japanese models.
