Description

The Tie Down 59250 is a manufactured home earth anchor designed for uplift and frame tie applications. It features a double-headed configuration that allows for the secure passage of two bolts, enhancing strength and attachment capabilities. This anchor is suitable for wind zones 2 and 3 and soil classes 2 and 4A.

It offers versatility in strapping and attachment possibilities, including slotted bolts. The anchor is available in a black paint finish and meets HUD 3280 and 3285 requirements, being listed and labeled by RADCO #1349.
