The Steeda Mustang GT 3.5" Aluminum Driveshaft is engineered to reduce overall weight and rotating mass, enhancing driving performance and acceleration for 2005-2010 Mustang GT models. This lightweight, one-piece aluminum driveshaft is 53% lighter than the factory original. Designed as a direct bolt-in solution, it connects directly to your Mustang GT's OE flange, eliminating the need for an adapter and the center bearing. Steeda has tested this driveshaft with various modifications and gearing combinations, including an automatic GT with 3.73 gears, and found no increase in Noise, Vibration, or Harshness (NVH). With a 750 HP rating and a 2450 ft-lbs torque rating, this driveshaft is suitable for both manual and automatic transmissions.
