3.5" Cat-Back Downpipe

The VRSF 3.5" downpipe upgrade is engineered to significantly reduce back pressure by eliminating the restrictive factory catalytic converter, leading to faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note. Constructed from hand-crafted, tig-welded 304-grade stainless steel with mandrel bends, this downpipe ensures smooth flow and durability. It is coated with Cerakote's high-temperature ceramic thermal barrier coating, which helps to keep exhaust heat contained within the pipe and away from the engine bay. This results in decreased overall intake air temperatures, as well as lower engine coolant and transmission oil temperatures. Gaskets and mounting hardware are included for installation. VRSF offers a lifetime warranty on the downpipes themselves, but the ceramic coating and high-flow cat have a 1-year warranty. This downpipe is compatible with both right-hand drive and left-hand drive vehicles. This item fits the following BMW models: 2011-2013 E82 BMW 135i N55, 2010-2013 E90/E91/E92/E93 BMW 335i & 335xi N55, and 2012-2015 E84 BMW X1 35i N55. Installation typically requires a tune to achieve optimal results and may require the purchase of optional turbo clamps and gaskets if the vehicle has over 60,000 miles.
