3.5" Exhaust System

The Speed Engineering 3.5" single exhaust system is crafted from durable 304 natural stainless steel, featuring mandrel-bent tubing for consistent diameter and TIG-welded construction for longevity. It offers two tip exit options: a standard axle exit or an over-the-axle rear exit. The system is engineered for 2007-2024 Chevrolet and GMC 1500 1/2 ton trucks (2WD/4WD) equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engines, specifically for Single, Crew, and Extra Cabs with short bed lengths. While designed for short bed trucks (119" and 143.5" wheelbases), the system includes ample spare piping and can be adapted for longer bed options with extensions. It is compatible with 4, 6, 8, and 10-speed automatic transmissions. For optimal performance, this system is designed to work with Speed Engineering's 1 3/4" and 1 7/8" truck longtube headers and Y-pipe; adaptation to 3.5" factory systems will require fabrication. Important fitment notes: This exhaust system will not work on the 2007 "Classic" body style; 1999-2006 models require different exhaust products. Modifications may be necessary for rear-exiting bumper exhaust applications on 2019-2024 models. Use on SUV and different GM truck wheelbase lengths will require lengthening, shortening, and hanger relocation modifications.
