3.5" High-Flow Intake System with Sealed Airbox

The CTS Turbo High-flow intake system is engineered to boost the performance of 2017-2023 Ford F150, F150 Raptor, and F150 Powerboost models featuring Gen 2 and Gen 3 2.7L V6 and 3.5L V6 Ecoboost and Powerboost engines. This system utilizes a sealed airbox that works with the OEM ram-air scoop to channel cold air through dual 3.5" high-flow, reusable dry air filters and into the engine via CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipes. The system also includes 4-ply silicon connectors, stainless steel clamps, a cross-over pipe for air flow equalization, and a CNC machined fitting for the AIT sensor with an included extension for 2.7L and Powerboost engines. Installation is straightforward, taking less than an hour with no special tools required. The design includes a removable air filter lid, allowing for user preference in sound output—keeping it on for extra protection or removing it for maximum induction noise. A significant advantage of this intake is that it does not require PCM/ECU tuning or calibration and has been extensively tested to not cause a Check Engine Light (CEL).
