Description

The SPELAB 3.5" Hot Side Intercooler Pipe Kit is engineered to replace the failure-prone OEM plastic intercooler piping in 2011–2016 Ford F250, F350, and F450 6.7L Powerstroke Diesel engines. The kit includes a 3" lower section and a 3.5" upper pipe diameter, promoting better turbo efficiency and performance. Its 100% CNC-machined coupling ensures precise fitment with factory emissions components. The polished silver finish provides corrosion resistance and an improved engine bay appearance. Benefits include cooler intake temperatures, reduced EGTs, improved throttle response, and faster turbo spool time. Installation is a direct bolt-on process requiring no modifications or engine tuning. It is important to note that this kit is for the hot side only; the cold side pipe is sold separately. Basic hand tools are sufficient for installation. This charge pipe kit is engineered strictly to match factory-spec (OEM) intercooler connection diameters and locations.
