Skyjacker 14 GM 1500 3.5In W/CAST STL

The Skyjacker C14350 3.5-inch Component Box with Upper Control Arms is engineered to enhance both on and off-road performance. The replacement Upper Control Arms (UCA) are fabricated from high weld strength, thick-walled DOM steel tubing with a welded gusset plate for increased rigidity. CNC machined bushing eyelets and ball joint cups ensure precise fitment, while steel encased OEM-style rubber bushings provide a quiet, controlled, and comfortable ride. The greasable ball joints feature a full induction ball design and low friction bearing technology for longevity and increased strength. This system also incorporates built-in camber correction for improved handling, allowing CV axles to operate within limits of the new UCA and OEM lower control arms. The UCAs come preassembled with a durable powder coat finish.

This kit also retains the front Ford OEM tuned performance struts with a combination of preload and short upper strut mount spacers, distributing the lift load evenly and preventing CV axle overextension. The moderate front preload spacer is built from T6160 Aluminum, and the short 1-piece top mount metal strut spacer features a strong tab-and-slot interlocked design, precisely CNC laser cut and formed, then powder coated for corrosion prevention. This combination prevents binding between the new UCA and the strut assembly and works seamlessly with Electric Power Assisted Steering (EPAS) systems. A 2-inch rear block and u-bolt kit are included to achieve a more level stance.
