The Ford Performance M-4602-JA is a heavy-duty, one-piece aluminum driveshaft assembly engineered for enhanced durability. It is constructed from high-strength 6061-RT62 aluminum with a seamless drawn tube, featuring a 3.5-inch diameter and a 0.114-inch wall thickness. This driveshaft is equipped with 1330 U-joints and measures 45.5 inches from the center of the U-joints. This driveshaft is specifically designed to fit the 1996-2004 Mustang GT and Mach 1 models equipped with a manual transmission, as well as the 1996-1998 Cobra models with the 4.6L engine and a manual transmission and 31 spline yoke. It requires a manual transmission and a 31 spline yoke for proper installation. It is important to note that this driveshaft will not fit the 1999-2004 Cobra models.
