The end tanks are custom-designed and hand-formed from durable H-3 5052 aluminum, ensuring a precise fit and reliable performance. All welds are expertly TIG welded in-house for superior strength and longevity. The intercooler comes equipped with two integrated mounting tabs welded to the top of the core, facilitating a solid and secure mounting process. Crucially, the design eliminates the need for any modifications to the vehicle's front bumper cover or crash beam. The inlet and outlet ports are standard 3-inch diameter with bead-rolled tube ends to ensure secure connections for charge piping.
