3.5-Inch Catless Downpipe for BMW N55

The VRSF 10902015 downpipe is a performance upgrade designed to enhance the exhaust flow and power output of BMW vehicles equipped with the N55 engine. By eliminating the restrictive factory catalytic converter, this 3.5-inch downpipe significantly reduces back pressure. This modification is a key factor in achieving faster turbo spool times, a noticeable increase in horsepower and torque, and a more aggressive exhaust tone. Crafted from premium materials, the downpipe is constructed from hand-tig welded, mandrel-bent 304-grade stainless steel, ensuring durability and optimal flow. The downpipe is also treated with a Cerakote High-Temperature Ceramic Coating, which acts as a thermal barrier to keep exhaust heat contained within the pipe and away from the engine bay. This contributes to lower overall intake air temperatures, as well as reduced engine coolant and transmission oil temperatures.
