Description

The CTS Turbo Air Intake System is engineered as a true 3.5-inch velocity stack intake specifically for Audi 3.0T and 3.2L V6 FSI engines, compatible with B8 and B8.5 chassis vehicles including the S4, S5, Q5, and SQ5. This system utilizes a massive 6-inch velocity stack air filter with an inverted cone design, paired with a single-piece, CNC mandrel-bent aluminum intake pipe featuring black powder coating. The design aims to maximize airflow and provide smooth entry of cold air into the engine, contributing to potential power gains of 8-11 HP on stock vehicles. The intake also features an insulated airbox with rubberized trim to manage temperatures and bracketry to prevent rattling under engine torque. It is important to note that this intake is designed exclusively for the specified Audi models and engine configurations. Tuned vehicles are generally required to run this intake effectively, and the system is known to produce an aggressive, race-inspired supercharger sound. Replacement filters are available separately. This part fits the following Audi vehicles: A4 B8 (2009-2016) with 3.2L V6, A5 B8 (2008-2016) with 3.2L V6, Q5 B8 (2009-2017) with 3.2L V6 or 3.0T V6, S4 B8 (2009-2016) with 3.0T, S5 B8 (2009-2016) with 3.0T, and SQ5 B8 (2014-2017) with 3.0T.
