3.5-Inch High-Flow Catalytic Converter

The CTS Turbo 3.5-inch Stainless Steel High-Flow Cat is engineered to enhance exhaust flow for front-wheel drive MQB vehicles, including the MK7 GTI (Performance Pack included), MK7 VW GLI, and MK3 Audi TT (FWD only). This high-flow catalytic converter is constructed from premium T304 seamless stainless steel tubing and T304 stainless steel flanges. The component is 100% TIG-welded and back-purged for superior strength and durability. It also features a T304 stainless steel O2 bung and stainless steel clamps for a secure fit. The modular design ensures straightforward installation, while the mandrel-bent tubing and smooth transitions are optimized for efficient exhaust gas flow, contributing to improved horsepower, especially when the vehicle is chipped. Fitment includes 2015+ VW GTI 2.0TSI models (including Performance Pack and facelift versions) and 2019+ VW GLI models. To prevent a Check Engine Light (CEL) from occurring due to the catalytic converter efficiency, proper tuning software is required; Stage 2 software is specifically recommended. An optional CEL eliminator can reduce the possibility of a CEL for cat efficiency codes, though it is not 100% effective.
