3.5-Inch Intake Horn and Intercooler Pipe Kit

The Wehrli Custom Fabrication 3.5" High Flow Intake Horn & Intercooler Pipe Kit is designed to enhance airflow and performance for 2003-2007 5.9L Cummins engines. This kit directly replaces the less durable 3-inch plastic OEM intercooler pipe with a robust 3.5-inch, 14-gauge aluminum pipe. It also substitutes the restrictive OEM cast intake horn with a full mandrel-bent 3.5-inch elbow. The 3.5-inch elbow is mated to a CNC-machined aluminum mounting flange, ensuring optimal airflow into the cylinder head. This flange includes two 1/8" NPT ports for boost pressure readings or water methanol injection, and an 8mm threaded port for securing the OEM wire harness isolation clamp. Additionally, the intake horn features a threaded bung to securely mount the oil dipstick tube. Notably, no tuning is required, making it a direct bolt-on upgrade. For 2003-2004 models specifically, trimming of the plastic shroud over the throttle assembly is necessary due to the significantly larger size of the new intake horn and its smooth radius bends.
