The Spelab 3.5" Performance Intake Manifold with Integrated Heater is engineered for 2007-2024 Dodge Ram 2500/3500 models equipped with the 6.7L Cummins diesel engine. This product serves as an all-in-one solution, addressing both airflow restrictions found in stock intake manifolds and the performance drawbacks of some aftermarket grid heater delete systems, particularly in cold weather. The manifold's design focuses on delivering balanced and uniform cylinder airflow by utilizing superior fluid dynamics and a high-flow plenum. This ensures consistent, pressurized air delivery to each cylinder, promoting smoother engine operation, a broader powerband, and improved combustion efficiency. Constructed from T-201 Stainless Steel, it offers enhanced strength and corrosion resistance. The integrated high-wattage ceramic heating coil functions similarly to a factory grid heater, warming incoming air to aid in ignition and reduce white smoke during cold starts.
