3.5-Inch Lift System with NX2 Nitro Shocks

The BDS Suspension BDS1545FS is a 3.5-inch lift system engineered to enhance the performance and style of your 2019-2023 Ford Ranger. Designed specifically for the new Ranger, this leveling kit aims to provide increased tire clearance and improved on- and off-road performance while maintaining proper suspension and driveline angles. To protect against ball joint stress and CV damage, the system utilizes a two-piece design with steel top-mount strut spacers and pre-load spacers. It also includes differential relocation brackets to correct CV axle angles and allow the use of factory front skid plates. For added strength and suspension travel, the front also features tubular upper control arms (UCAs). Each UCA is constructed from 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubing and features an indexed ball joint cup for optimized positioning, allowing for increased down travel and camber adjustment. The arms utilize durable rubber bushings at the frame mounts for maintenance-free operation and greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet performance. The arms are finished in a black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap. The rear of the kit includes heavy-duty lift shackles and comes standard with vehicle-specific tuned NX2 Nitro shocks for enhanced control. An upgrade option to FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks is also available for maximum performance. This lift system offers an easy, 100% bolt-on installation and is designed to maintain a factory-like ride quality.
