The Pusher 3.5" MEGA Intake System enhances the induction performance of 2007.5-2009 Dodge Cummins engines by replacing restrictive factory post-intercooler piping and intake manifolds with 3.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing. The intake manifold features a 3.5-inch inlet transitioning into dual 3-inch mandrel-bent tubes, effectively doubling the outlet size of the stock manifold while maintaining a standard six-bolt pattern for a reliable seal. This system is explicitly intended for off-road use only. It is not compatible with factory emissions systems and will not work on stock emissions-equipped vehicles. Users must ensure emissions equipment has been removed prior to installation. The kit includes 5-ply silicone couplers, stainless T-bolt clamps, an OEM gasket, a polished stainless steel dipstick mount, and necessary hardware for a direct installation. It is compatible with factory intercoolers and many aftermarket intercoolers that retain the factory inlet/outlet configuration. For custom intercooler setups, please verify configuration dimensions. By optimizing airflow, this system delivers improved throttle response, faster turbo spool, and reduced EGTs by 50-200 degrees Fahrenheit, along with a potential 0.5-1 mpg increase. Installation is straightforward as the design allows for the reuse of existing mounting points and requires no modification to the factory boot bands.
