3.5-Inch Suspension Lift Kit

The Rock Krawler 3.5-inch X-Factor Suspension System is engineered for Jeep Wrangler JKU (2007-2017 4-door) models, providing a significant lift for enhanced off-road performance. The system is built to offer an excellent highway ride and superior off-road capability, making it suitable for demanding trails. Installation of this Rock Krawler system requires knowledge of OE vehicle procedures and specialized tools, with a strong recommendation for installation by a certified mechanic experienced in off-road applications. Proper setup and maintenance of jam nuts are critical for the longevity of the threaded components and the safety of the occupants; failure to maintain tightness can lead to rapid deterioration and potential issues. The Krawler Joints and Pro Flex Joints are greaseable and require specific Triple Zero (000) grade grease, with maintenance recommended every 4-6 months. Heim Joints, featuring Teflon liners, are self-lubricating and should not be greased, though spraying their exterior with WD-40 or Fluid Film is advised for protection, especially in corrosive environments. This lift kit is compatible with 33-35 inch tires when using wheels with 4.5 inches of backspacing. It can also accommodate 37-inch tires, provided the wheels have 4.5 inches of backspacing. The system is designed as a complete bolt-in solution, and Rock Krawler advises against combining this lift with other lift devices, such as body lifts, as it may lead to unsafe handling characteristics. For optimal highway driving, keeping the front sway bar connected is recommended.
