3.5" MEGA Intake System Passenger Side Intercooler Tube

The Pusher 3.5" MEGA Intake System with Passenger Side Intercooler Tube (PRC1012MW) is engineered to deliver the highest increase in airflow for 2010-2012 Ram Cummins trucks. This comprehensive system replaces the stock pre- and post-intercooler pipes, as well as the stock intake manifold, with 3.5" mandrel-bent tubing. The MEGA Intake Manifold features a 3.5" inlet that transitions smoothly into two 3" mandrel-bent tubes. This twin-tube design nearly doubles the outlet size of the factory manifold while intelligently accommodating the #1 injector line with a minimal "dent" design, smaller than competing cast manifolds. The manifold maintains the stock six-bolt pattern for a secure seal and is constructed from 0.060" thick mild steel with a 3.44" ID, a substantial upgrade from the factory 2.4" ID plastic piping. Installation is designed to be straightforward, utilizing heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplers and stainless-steel T-bolt clamps, eliminating the need to cut factory steel bands. The kit comes complete with the intake manifold, intercooler tube, factory Cummins gaskets and hardware, silicone couplers, T-bolt clamps, a stainless dipstick mount, and detailed full-color instructions. It is compatible with the factory intercooler and aftermarket units that maintain similar inlet/outlet configurations.
