The Pusher 3.5" Mega Twin Intake System is designed to maximize airflow to your 12v Cummins engine. This system is the only one on the market that delivers air to the rear cylinders and utilizes the full factory 3.5" intercooler outlet, providing an additional 37.7% more air compared to other dual ram style manifolds with 3" inlets.

The system replaces components from the intercooler outlet to the intake manifold with 3.5" parts. The intake manifold features fully TIG welded and mandrel bent tubing, 1/2" thick flanges, and a lower dipstick tube mount for a cleaner appearance. It is hydro boost compatible and fits 1994-1998 Dodge Ram trucks. The manifold can be bolted directly to the plenum cover or heater grid while maintaining alignment.

The Pusher 3.5" Mega Twin Intake System is engineered to deliver maximum airflow to your 12v Cummins engine, ensuring that the rear cylinders receive adequate air supply. This system is unique in its ability to fully utilize the factory 3.5" intercooler outlet, resulting in a significant 37.7% increase in airflow compared to other dual ram style manifolds with smaller 3" inlets. This comprehensive kit replaces all components from the intercooler outlet up to the new intake manifold with 3.5" parts. The intake manifold itself is constructed from fully TIG welded and mandrel bent tubing, featuring robust 1/2" thick flanges. It also includes a strategically placed dipstick tube mount, positioned lower than the factory location for a cleaner engine bay aesthetic. The design ensures hydro boost compatibility and a direct fit for 1994-1998 Dodge Ram trucks. The charge tube assembly includes a 3.5" cold side tube with signature beaded ends, 5-ply silicone couplers rated for high boost pressures, and full stainless t-bolt clamps. Additional components include a fully CNC machined and anodized 6061-T6 aluminum plenum cover with a pocketed underside to enhance plenum volume, while still accommodating the factory fuel filter housing. The kit comes complete with all necessary new Cummins gaskets and hardware, a TIG welded and polished stainless injector line bracket for the rear injector line cluster, and options for adding 1/8" NPT ports for sensors.
